Azure Shores is a 4 bed/2 bath cottage located in York, Maine. The beautiful front porch with rocking chairs gives guests the pleasure of overlooking the ocean at Short Sands. The property offers air conditioning, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi and more. The home comfortably sleeps 8 with two queen beds, one full bed and two twin beds.
Azure Shores prime location is a short (4 minute) walk to Short Sands beach and the shops of York. Long Sands is close as well with a 15-minute walk. The house is on Bank Road overlooking Ocean Ave Ext and the water.

Rental Agreement Terms and Information
1Deposit
A deposit for half the rental amount will be due upon booking.
2Balance Due
The remaining rental amount balance will become due on or before 60 days prior to check-in.
3Payment Options
Checks are preferred. However, Venmo and PayPal are available upon request.
4Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Owner ([email protected]). A 100% refund of rent paid, less a $100.00 cancellation fee will be made for cancellations received 60 days prior to the rental date. In the case of cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the rental date, no refund of rents paid will be made unless and until the cancelled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid shall be forfeited as damages. If the cancelled period is re-rented, any rent will be refunded, less a $100.00 administrative fee.
5No Pets & No Smoking
Pets are not allowed in or about the premises. Smoking is not allowed in or about the premises including, but not limited to, inside the cottage, on any porch or on the lawn and/or driveway.

8Furnishings
The property is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and cookout facilities. Two queen beds, one full bed, and two twin beds. Mattress pads, pillows, blankets and bedspreads are provided. TENANT SHALL PROVIDE THEIR OWN SHEETS AND TOWELS.
9Linens

Parking is limited to 3 spots.
